What is our return and exchange policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just reach out to our friendly customer service team through our Contact Us form. We’ll work with you to find a resolution that works — we’re only a message away.
If your item arrived damaged, is missing parts, doesn’t fit, or you received the wrong item, we’ll send you a replacement right away at no extra cost. In most cases, there’s no need to return the original item.
Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@provaandco.com . We’ll do our best to catch your order before it’s shipped.
Amending Your Order
Want to make changes to your order? Whether it’s updating your address, adding/removing items, or canceling entirely — email us at info@provaandco.com with your order number and we’ll do what we can.
Please note: if your order has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
